When you access the website, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data is processed by our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (USA) and serves the secure and stable delivery of the website. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. Fonts and images are served from our own server; without your consent, no data is transmitted to third-party providers.
We use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager to evaluate anonymously how the website is used. This happens only if you consent in the cookie notice. Without consent, no statistics cookies are set. IP addresses are truncated by Google. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies in your browser; the notice will then appear again.
We do not use advertising cookies and do not pass on data for advertising purposes.
When you contact us by phone or email, we process your details in order to respond to your request. For confidential matters we recommend the phone.
Appointments are booked through the Denteo platform (Denteo AG, Switzerland). The data entered there is processed by Denteo on our behalf and transferred into our practice software. Denteo’s privacy policy applies in addition.
Health data collected in the course of treatment is subject to professional confidentiality and is processed exclusively for treatment, billing and documentation in accordance with statutory retention obligations. It is not processed via this website.
You have the right to information about the data processed about you, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, insofar as statutory retention obligations do not prevent this.
